No Return Policy

At ScentfulHub, all sales are final. Due to the personal nature of fragrance and home scent products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds unless an item arrives damaged or defective.

Exceptions:

Damaged or defective items: Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with a clear photo of the product and packaging. We’ll review your claim and, if approved, send a replacement or issue a store credit.
